Nine ways to bring me in. Open a row, then book that exact thing.

Engagements are scoped around what you need this quarter, not sold as packages. Most first engagements are an audit or a bounded project; retainers follow when the fit is right.

Industries

Built for how each sector actually works.

The same discipline across very different businesses: the work below is real and written up, sector by sector.

Sports tourism, ticketing, live events and summits
Travel, events and ticketing
I run technology for a group that sells sports-tourism packages and distributes tickets, and I have built event platforms for a sovereign-fund summit and a live-events agency.
See the work →
Recruitment platforms, HR consultancies and workforce tools
HR, recruitment and workforce

How an engagement runs

The same four steps I use with the agency I govern today.

01 · Scope
Written spec first
A short PRD in Notion that names the outcome, the constraints and what is out of scope. Nothing starts without one.
02 · Execute
Tracked, visible work
Jira for execution, GitHub for code, one planner as the single source of truth so you always know what is in flight.
03 · Review
Gated review
CODEOWNERS-enforced pull request review. Small urgent fixes take a separate hot-fix path so speed does not skip the gate.
04 · Ship
Release discipline
Pipelines with concurrency control, staging before production, and a written record of what changed and why.
Selected work

Real screenshots of production systems, not mockups.

Captured from the live sites. Every case study is written up from the code, each with a downloadable PDF.

Platforms I have built

Twenty-two business apps of my own, and the platforms behind them.

AedahSuite is my business platform for UAE and GCC companies: every app below runs on one login, one ledger and one AI Co-Pilot. I implement it for clients, and I build the same kind of platform to order.

Engagement models

Five ways to work together. Every one is scoped in writing.

No open-ended billing: a written scope and a fixed price per milestone, or a monthly retainer for ongoing leadership.

Discovery and audit
Two to four weeks · A fixed fee
Start here when you are not sure what to fix first. I review your technology, team and vendors and deliver a written report with a prioritised plan you can act on with or without me.
Scoped project
Agreed per scope · Fixed price per milestone
A defined deliverable and timeline: a migration, a platform build, an AI feature, a website or a rollout. Each milestone has a price before it starts.
Fractional CTO retainer
Three months minimum · Monthly retainer
Ongoing technology leadership: roadmap, architecture, vendor governance, security and hiring, with a weekly cadence and decisions on call.
Build and run
Ongoing · Monthly, by team size
My team builds and operates your product under my architecture and review, with releases, monitoring and support.
Advisory hours
As needed · Hourly, prepaid blocks
Second opinions, architecture reviews and board or investor questions, booked when you need them.
Why me, in plain terms
I still write the code.
The migrations, the fixes, the pull request reviews. I can review your architecture in the afternoon and be in the codebase fixing it by evening. Most consultants stopped doing one of those years ago.
Business first, then the stack.
I came up through design, e-commerce and growth before infrastructure. The work gets judged on commercial outcome, not on uptime alone.
Judgment under real constraints.
Knowing when to fix something directly and when to escalate to the team that owns it. Knowing when a quick fix needs a maintenance window instead. That comes from running live production, not from a framework.
Scoped, never open-ended.
Every engagement starts with a written deliverable and a timeline. A retainer or a bounded project, your choice. No vague ongoing cost.

Questions

Before you book.

Who will I actually work with?

With me. I lead every engagement personally, and developers on my team build larger scopes under my architecture and review.

Do you work outside the UAE?

Yes. I am based in Dubai and work across the GCC and with clients in Europe and the US, mostly remotely.

How do engagements usually start?

Most start with a scoped audit or a discovery sprint, so you see a written plan and how I work before any bigger commitment.

How is pricing set?

Every engagement has a written scope and a fixed price per milestone, or a monthly retainer for ongoing work. No open-ended billing.

Who owns the code and documents?

You do, from the first commit, in your own repositories and accounts.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, before any access to your systems or data.
